Forged two year contract

In my case DISH forged my name on a 2 yr contract.  I had ordered DISH and it was set up.  A few months later I moved from California to Washington.  They told me they would charge me 5.00 per month until I was ready to have service started again in Washington.  When I arrived in Washington my daughter  already started TV and computer service with another company.  Soon DISH started charging me the regular monthly fee that they had before.  When I called them they said that I had a two year contract with them.  I told them to send me a copy of the contract.  When I  it  the "signature" was smaller than I can write, off the line and incorrect.  It did not match my signature, and I can  prove it with several official documents that I did sign.  I had to have my bank account changed to stop them from taking my money because they had my account number.  I have not been able to find a lawyer locally to take them on.  The federal trade commission or someone should investigate them and put them out of business so that they can't steal more people's money!!!
