Allergy to Shellfish.

I just released my wife from the hospital where she was admitted due to a severe allergy attack. When investigating the causes, we found that Instaflex Joint Support contains shellfish.....which is exactely the ingredient that my wife is allergic to! When trying to call Istaflex, I was asked for a Pin number, which I do not
have. The product keeps arriving, and I keep getting billed for a product I cannot use and that is life threatening to my wife.
