reduction of credit card interest rates

I do not have a credit card issue, and I'm still getting these calls, on my land line and on my cell phone. The calls come from Michigan, Florida and Vermont. Rachel certainly moves around!  Please have them stop calling me. Every call on my cell phone is a charge to my minutes! This is unacceptable.
