Unwanted pack purchase subscription charge by airtel

On 15th Jul'12 at 20:36 pm a message came from airtel saying "thank u for subscribing pack purchase from airtel.You have been charged with rs 99 " and deducted the amount whereas neither I know anything about pack purchase nor I have subscribed it. They should refund the amount as it amounts to cheating.
