Security issue

They keep calling me as Microsoft workers telling me that my computer had another virus.  They installed some apps on my computer to track what I was doing.  I took off all those apps from the computer.  The first time they blocked my computer.  After that they used to call to get more money.  This is not fair.  Government should do something about it.
