They only care about a paycheck

I am disgusted with this company. We signed up with them in August of 2016 and canceled with them in November 2016 it just wasn't working. In January They called the owner back making it seem like they were a different company, and convinced him to sign up with them. They then proceeded to charge us another $1250 start up fee on 1/23/17, this was to make another website which mind you we had already paid them for in August of 2016. After I noticed the $1250 charge on 1/23/17 I tried to call them to resolve this. After about 2 weeks They offered me 3 months of free service with them... HELLO! We already wanted to quit you in November of 2016 why would we want free service. I asked them if we could be refunded 3 months of service instead which is $750 I think is more than reasonable considering we were charged $1,250. Their customer service representative told me he would have to talk to his boss again which took over a week the first time. I asked if we could set up a time for our bosses to talk and he said he would email me when his boss had available time and we could set it up. Well that was about 4 weeks ago and they still wont even email me back. Just makes me sick I'm sure we aren't the only ones they have taken advantage of.
