"Lincy" called from Washington DC.  I was "chosen" to receive $9000.00 grant for loyalty.  No taxes attached.  3 options: into my bank account, into my prepaid debt card, or cash in hand thru Western Union, Walmart, etc.  I must call #718-285-0100 to collect.  Hurry now, don't want to lose it!!   Yes, the gov't has so much it will call us poor working slobs and give away money!!!

    What "loyalty"???
    We kick our governments out every few years.

    "3 options" is a "force"..
    "3 options" is an example of a "force", commonly used with magic tricks.
    You are presented with 3 options, of which the only ones they want are prepaid debit card or Western Union, since they're both untraceable and can't be reversed.
    Most people would be afraid of giving out their bank account number, although that's the one thing they couldn't use.  If you insisted on it, they'd just hang up and call the next sucker, so the "choice" is just for appearances of "legitimacy".
