Rs. 30/- Deducted by airtel in the name of skill derby

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a subscriber of Airtel since 2002 vide number 9810101763 I received a message that skill derby service activated on my number vide TXN ID 554503551 at 6.18PM on 28th March. Even though I have not applied or chosen same service . When I contacted customer care of Airtel . They told that we can not do any thing as it is internet service. I would like to know how this service activated in my number with out my permission. Since I have not chosen this service plz refund my amount.
