bought washer in 2-2010. The latch on door had to be replaced the first week! Now when on the spin cycle it sounds like a jet airplane taking off. called customer service, no help, pay $600.-$800. to repair!
Obviously, after reading others complaints this is a very common problem. Time for a RECALL, or a CLASS ACT LAWSUIT! I'll NEVER buy Maytag/Whirlpool again. I currently have 4 major Maytag appliances!! Scarey!
