This is a scam!!!! I thought I was contacting AVAST, and I was. AVAST is affiliated with guruaid.

I have lost all respect for AVAST. I was thinking I was contacting them, when I reached Guruaid. After succombing to their scam and paying 369.00, I contacted my credit card company. I called Guruaid to cancel my plan, and when they refused, it was the opportunity for the credit card company to intervene.   Be careful, they call from several different numbers when they try to contact you. They are very reluctant to let you cancel even after 10 days. Sure, they solve problems, but only temporarily. My computer is back to the same problems I experienced before the Guruaid circus.
