Bold 9930

Oh my God, just seeing these complaints.  It looks like I have been hoodwinked, because I just bought a phone and now I am having key issues.  I now cant use the W and the S key and I cant dial numbers that uses a 1 or a 4

But it now looks as if it is a trend.  I however bought it via amazon.com , so I now wonder if Amazon is aware of the negative feedback out there on this provider
