Don't ever go to agarwal movers and packers DRS group specifically... I shifted my goods from goa to mumbai on March 2016 but big blunder I committed.
They told me covered lorry will come to pick up the goods but open vehicle they sent. On my persistent they finally Changed to covered vehicle. The vehicle reached full one day late, and unpacking the goods saw my wardrobes door handles of 3 wardrobes missing, the base of the wardrobes damaged. Rude people in one word. I went to their office in Navi Mumbai to meet the bosses of DRS group but out of sight out of mind... I wrote complain also but no use at all
