$200 plus difference in ticket to make changes

Cheapoair tried to charge me $200 pluse difference in ticket to make changes for a ticket that was purchase less than 30 minutes.  There must be some legal action that can be taken to prevent these predators from preying on innocent people, and if I cancel the ticket there is a $75.00 cancellation fee.

    Jacqueline, airlines have a change fee to reissue a ticket, those fees range from 75.00-300.00 depending on the airline  and the fare. If your new flight is more expensive, then you have to pay the applicable fare difference,. These are all rules mandated by the airline and we must abide by them. The fee to cancel is charged for the cost of doing business. There is alot involved when changes are made to an existing reservation and time consuming.     Today 06/14/17 around 11:00 a.m. made a reservation with Cheapoair.com and while I was making the reservation some window will open up asking me to get the seat option for varies prices, I didn't want to pay for upgrade seat, all I want was the regular seat since the flight is only 1 1/2 flight. the system didn't allow me TO GET OUT so the only option was to move forward, so I realized that it booked and I realized that the price went front 499 to 534. So I called the at 11:05 asking them why the increase and I didn't want to pay additional for the seat, so I asked them to cancel the booking because to me that is misleading, so they send me a cancelation email and noticed that the company was charging me $150.00 for cancellation fee, even if there was the system error.  I spoke to some many people today and it seems like they don't understand and they want to put the burning on me.  IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT THEY WILL MAKE $150.00 DOLLARS within few minutes of the purchase and cancellation.  I called several times to dispute and no one seems to understand the reason of the cancellation.  Because the misleading seat.  I called 1-800-525-0400 (that line takes you directly to India), I called 1800-566-2345 and (212) 478-0335.  I asked to speak to someone within the USA.  I was told that I want to dispute; I need to speak to someone in INDIA.  I want my refund and I am not going to give 150.00 for a cancellation within few minutes.  Please someone reach me (818)389-2181
