Beware of ordering green tea supplements from a company called Nubodi.  There is a website that advertises Oprah Winfrey's green tea diet and when you click on it they offer a 14-day free trial for $3.95.  On day 15, they send a 30 day supply and charge $89.31 on your charge card and tell you that you can't return the product.  I tried locating the website that I used, but couldn't find it again.  Other promotional offers I looked at stated that you could return any unused product within 15 days of delivery, but Nubodi's waiver states "no returns"...I learned an $89.31 lesson....I will never again be so foolish.

    Sure enough, I got suckered into this scam too.  STAY AWAY FROM NUBODI!!!

    To all concerned about complaints made of NUBODI " Green Tea 500 " ( aka )
    Trial Offer "COLON Cure" 2711 East CRIAG ROAD SUITE K- Customer Service-
    NORTH LAS VEGAS NV 89030. This is an offer made that I pay S/H of $1.50 for a Free Trial sample. According to the (terms agreement)I can call and cancel
    within 15 days of the conformation # given. Otherwise, you will be charged $69.99 each month. Being a trail offer with the opportunity to cancel within 15 days, I went through the process. Upon recieving the colon cure on the 12th of May 2008, from the agreement on the 1st of May 2008,and looking back at my notes stating that shipping would take 4 to 6 days and within 24hrs of this call; gives me about 2 and one half days to call! The now attempt to call...I came up with 1-801-208-7485 from my account statement, from on the shipping package, from my notes taken on the 1st of May, and the same # on the product sent as an unlisted #. As of yet no contact can be made to them at the address listed above. I will now "Goggle Earth" this address and see if there is a sound location for this establishment. I will also cancel my card, so that no one can take out of my account because of given information to a SCAM TYPE organization. It is too bad that some do and make efforts to scam others under a false prentense. The ATTORNEY GENERAL of The United States of America should be made aware of this Very Scam!

    This rip-off company has also recently set up Shop in Florida, as well.
    However, the Product is the Same,...that is, "Colon Cure". I guess this
    should be no surprise, the two states lead the nation in having "shady
    scam businesses", and "little or no legal recourse" for the consumer.

    You're right, it's a scam.  The phone number they give you....no one answers!  I sent a letter back with the next order, which I did not want...no response.
