Was promised 3 free months for switching from another gym, never happened, was charged right away, told the person at the counter, they said they would fix it, the next month, got charged again. Called the 1-800-658-7727 # to be refunded, spoke with Sherie -ext522 employee # 2218; Layton, UT-- she did not offer customer service, and even told me quote, "well you can write whatever you want online, we already have bad things on there." The employee's do not care that their service is terrible. Also spoke to her supervisor Gina ext:2265--supervisor, who actually hung up on me, after she failed to solve my problem. My credit card was falsely charged 2 times after notifying the gym of the error and them not fixing it, and telling me they will.
You get what you pay for people, do not use this gym.
Still waiting for a call back from a manager, because, they do not let you speak to managers directly, her name is Stacy and her ext# is 593.
