Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized or fraudulent charges, and close the account to prevent future fraud. Follow up with your bank dispute by sending your dispute in writing to the dispute address on your statements, and make sure you send it so that your bank gets it in less than 60 days from the statement date showing the dispute, to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
