They defrauded you.
File a fraud dispute through your bank, and block your card number to prevent further fraud. Your bank can reverse the charge if you dispute within 60 days, under FCBA.
In addition, contact FTC, to provide them with the billing information used to put through the charge. They have been trying to track down fraudulent robocalling "lower your interest rate" scammers for years.

i had a similar situation in sept-oct was charged $1200+ and got one balance transfer done out of three then after that i could not get ahold of them so i called my credit card companies what else should i do?

I also had the same thing happen to me, but they charged me 1,995.00. It was to lower the intrest on my credit cards. Nothing was done., they sent me a packet, I was to sign something. But I sent it back. I figured this is a scam. And then I got my Stevens from a credit card company, and they took out 1,995.00. So I am trying hard to track those people down, they should be arrested for fraud, and scamming , and thrift.

Same here got charged $1995.00 for nothing - they sent me all this paerwork with charts and graphs. I read somewhereon the internet that the des gov had ordered them to close as they are under investigation but I know nothing more. They left me in a bigger mess than before .
