I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG SPLIT A/C IN APRIL 2008 NOW THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKING AND THEY HAD TAKEN IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER 15 DAYS BACK TILL NOW THEY HAD NOT COMPLETED THE WORK THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO STOCK FOR REPLACING THE COMPRESSOR AND THEY SAY THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE AND WHAT IS THE MEANING FOR GARANTEE FOR 5 YEARS.
