I just got off the phone with these characters. They started out conversation with, "we want to verify your information from last years ad" and then proceeded to tell me I had advertised with them in the past and wanted to make sure we continued with them. When I questioned any previous ad, they reluctantly admitted that I had a complimentary ad from September 08. I asked for a supervisor and was immediately put on the line with Miles. I questioned his companies marketting tactics as deceptive and asked for his boss. He said his boss was ez yellowpages.com and no one else. I asked if he were a principal and he said no.
I asked for his telephone number and was given 1-877-327-9680.
after i finished with him, I called that number and left message for him. No return call yet.
