I spent over $1,350 on a desk during Thomasville's Memorial Day sale. The desk was delivered about one hour ago. It is not the desk that I expected. The desk has a drawer that does not function properly nor as it did in the store. A second slide-out, which has veneer, is already becoming damaged as the veneer is peeling back after less than an hour.
Because of the low quality and that the desk is not what I was expecting, I called Thomasville. I requested a refund and was told that there are no refunds. This is not communicated to me at any time until now. In fact, I was even told that a replacement is not certain. This is poor PR and I will never buy from Thomasville again if I do not receive a full refund.
The desk has wasteboard but I was told it waste not made of such material.
