Cutting of unnecessary balance

Yesterday the balance in my mobile account is Around21rupees  and I availed the internet balance on around 2.15pm and afterward i use internet on my phone and then after 10minutes i saw the balance is cut from my main account and then my balance remains only 4rupees and I contact your customercare twice to resolve my problem but they talk with me like a foolish and gave me false information and their Teamleader didn't provide me criteria to solve my problem and says that we send a complaint  to airtel and in case of any things done wrong we will refundable your balance on tommorrow by sending a message to your phoneno.9717832122 But now today any message comes to me and then when I contact your customer care no.121 they doesn't provide me a solution and tone of their language is like a ragpicker or a talk with a rudely and their doesn't have ettiqates and manners how to represent and then when i want to give the number of your senior Nodelofficer(NewDelhi) they give me a number 9818334865 your nodel officer vikrantpandey doesn't provide him a number this  shows a realistic picture of airtel now my personnally experience with airtel is very grim and that shows that similar experience with i met with vodafone there managment shows reliable efforts to solve my problem and this shows why vodafone is a emerging sector in a telecommunications sector
