I ordered Derma Care for $ 4.95, also for $ 4.95 Nova Care, 2 weeks later, got message from my Bank alert for Credit Card Purchases that $ 99.15 being charged to my Account for purchase of additional product not ordered by me.
Sneaky and unethical billing practices by this company, Warning Do Not Buy from ELE*YOUTHFUL ALLURE...I am putting this company on Notice and notifying my Bank that I am Contesting this purchase.

    Ordered both products with a $4.95 cost for each SAMPLE..... could not find ANY information regarding it being a reoccurring auto ship program. Also, when I received the two bottles there was NO INFO on the product, just very small print on the containers (that I could barely read) telling me how to use it.  Not even a brochure for information.  I will be calling the phone numbers tomorrow and canceling because if they charge my credit card, I will be very upset and will tell my bank not to allow the charge go through.

      I've been trapped by this type of sales before and if you read the small print on the "legal crap part" it's in there that you have to CALL and cancel. That way they have you on the phone and can jabber away and sell you more.
      All I can say is KEEP FIGHTING IT! ! !

    this is the worseeeee company ever they dont tell you that you have to call back and cancel the trial and the just charge me $99 with out my permision a week later!

    SAME HERE-I also ordered sample product with a $4.95 plus $1.00 cost for  sample and now I have an unauthorized charge of 99.15 on my credit card.  I have not received my sample or any additional products nor did I order any.
    I called my credit card company and notify them not to pay and disputed the charges. . Also call the company and cancel the order and they still try to sell me more product. You have to be firm with them and demand to cancel the order and reverse any charges to  your credit card.

    Ah ha! Ditto to the above stories. I argued with the 'outsourced' customer service guy and he kept reading his script. I thought it was odd that the Christi Brinkley name was not on the product. On the internet the bottles do not look the same at all. The price is never mentioned nor the 14 day trial period. Nor was the continuance of the  automatic shipping. He refused to remove the charges from my credit card. The video showed Christi being interviewed  and Dr. Oz was endorsing it. My next course of action is to talk to the credit card co. I have 3 charges for a product they won't let me send back. I think BBB and others should know this is a complete scam. Not only all that but it does not work. (I got a bottle of 'gel' and a bottle of cream at $99.95 a pop. What an idiot I've been.

    My experience, too, is the same.  I'm trying to return my unopened "free trial" products and don't have an address to do that, although after much talking I did get "RMA" numbers for each product--just don't know where to send it!!   I agree that this is a major RIPOFF!!!!
