I've been receiving these emails from this company for about 2 months now. They telling me that I have an outstanding balance with their company. I never took out an internet loan before. I tried calling the number in the email but never received an answer. Now they're threatening me with jail time. Whom can I speak with about this stressful situation?

You cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
You can file complaints with your state AG and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, otherwise just block and then delete the email.
