Originally stated the repairs to car was covered....Mechanic. informed them it was leak in Power Transfer Unit....which caused fluid to leak...Well they denied claim due to no fluid.  Well an idiot knows that a mechanical issue caused the leak of fluid.....

    Do not deal with MR Claims the warranty company they are a scam....read.fine print.with a microscope...

    they told me to log in mrclaims.net there is no such ip address. they will not pay the repair shop and the bill fell back on me after they told  me and the repair shop  it was approved.

    This company is very dishonest. You pay for this service as a consumer and they neglect to pay for any claims. My dealership has been waiting 6 days for a return call and they have yet to respond. They legally have 48 hours to send out an adjuster and they have failed to do that either.

    Mrclaims.com falls under a company called CUNA Mutual, they are crooked and will not pay claims on their mechanical repair coverage.  Buyer beware!!! Do NOT buy from CUNA Mutual or Mrclaims.com

    Was informed we would be reimbursed for 2 repairs - after 8 weeks ago and many promises of a return call - No Returned Call & not yet reimbursed

    As a Service Advisor for a GM dealership  here in Maine I've used a number of extended warranty companies and have found them to be an advantage to the consumer until I had to deal with this one. Opened a repair order for a customer on the 5th of June, have made multiple calls to MR Claims and so far have not heard anything. It's now been 1 week. Also provided them with an email address, Again, no response. Know that they got the email address because I received a satisfaction survey from them. What a joke!! Trust me, there are honest dealing extended warranty companies. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM

    I have been dealing with this company for over 8 weeks regarding a claim.  They are a ripoff.  Not sure how they are legally able to do what they are doing.

    I bought a truck in July of 2019. took it in to be serviced and the sensor is not covered??? I paid 4500.00 for a warranty and barely covers anything...Watch out people with this company!!!

    I wish I could even get in touch with these people to get to the point of being dissatisfied with claim handling! I bought a vehicle service contract which indicates claims go to a user friendly self service mr claims web portal. The form required information I lacked so I called a contact number in Miami for mr claims and was told I was calling the wrong place for vehicle coverage.
