Washer has been broken for 10 days. I have upped premium to cover washer, on Friday person said they would call Newport to repair. I was on hold to reach Newport this AM. Telephone answered from 10-1, 2-5, How nice!! They do not have work order. If no results by Friday, will cancel AHS. Your hold time is stupid, 35 minutes to talk to your rep....
