That's "JM Kingston" on the caller ID, as in Jamaica.  Many of these Jamaican scammers call from their homes; children and animals can often be heard in the background.

The same voice calls me from different numbers about lottery winnings. Today's number was 876-585-1787 and I looked it up. Belongs to Jim Kingston also. These are Jamaican scammers.

This man calls me on the early mornings late a night . It's like he doesn't  have any since of time. He has threant my life because I wouldn't meet him @Walgreens. And all of this has been going on since last year.  My Father was on his death bed last year &  there was Kinley. I tried to file a police report & I was only told "Oh yes we are aware of him, change your number" I asked why I didn't give him this one. This should be stopped by someone that has the right to do so. I hear more from him then anyone on my contract list.

got a call from Jim Kingston, only it was Todd Saloone who talked forever -told me I had won 5.5 mil.  He went through a lot of filing papers, giving me other phone numbers, etc and sounded legit until he asked me to send a check for $925 to Wilbert Thompson in Miami Gardens in Florida - he would stay on the phone while I went to the post office to overnight the check.  When I finally got a chance to search it for frauds I found out Publisher's Clearing House never asks for money and never calls.  I reported him/them to the FTC.

I have got many calls from this name claiming he is from publishers clearing house and telling me that I had won millions of dollars! 😡. Every time he calls it shows from a different number! How can we get this person to stop?!! It’s very aggravating especially now that people are having such hard times because of the Coronavirus pandemic. This person is from another country! It’s a scam  and very ignorant of him to try and take from people!! I have received so many calls from this person and I have even wrote to publishers clearing house about this Kingston person trying to scam people with photo copies of all the phone numbers that shows this person calling from. Just today I got one at 3 33 pm from a number876-454-6812 and then at 6 pm from 876-432-4193. I will write them again.

I received a call from 876-454-6812, and since I don't know anyone in Jamaica, I didn't answer. I Googled the phone number. I came across this site and read the complaints. I'll block him, but I would like to report it too. How do you report something like this? And who do your report it to?

I have block every number my phone will allow. This scammer calls every day with the same message.  I am too old to have to deal with this. Is there any way to stop or report this?

I don't answer unknown phone numbers. This Person or persons have called me at least twice. Numbers used are:
    876-370-6912
    876-433-2203
I thought the Government was supposed to be hunting these people down and dealing with them.

Jim Kingston calls often and I told him many times that I am very rich and I don't need the money, he can keep my winnings. He then told me to go F--- my dead mother and hung up. Maybe he won't call me anymore
