Below is the message I received from Mihai Aldea stateing that they dont have time to investigate if complaints are real. Well the problem with the guy below is he lied to Newhost and they never paid $450 for the service. Now did I ask for 10k. but newhost.ro took the side of the person complaining and deleted my website and database without so much as an email or phone call to me.

Hello William,
Our business conduct is not in question here.
And regarding what is true or not, we simply do not have the resources to fully investigate this, but only rely on your instinct. And even if we are wrong and you are right, at the end of the day you are still in violation of our ToS.
As for your website, your reseller account will be activated for a short period of time (the account Kerry Jewel will remain suspended though).
Within 24h have all your sites moved elsewhere as we will suspend your account at that time and have it terminated a short while after.
And if you have the slightest thought to threat us like you did with Kerry, feel free to do it. There's an article in the Romanian Penal Code prosecuting threats, one prosecuting blackmail and one prosecuting defamation. Remeber that while Kerry has a hard time doing anything legally simply because he's from the UK, that doesn't apply to us.

My name is Kerry Jewel and I am a theatre producer of some renown.
I do not know very much about the mechanics of the Internet, so if I use the wrong terminology please forgive me.
I have a serious problem with the above web sites which I believe you host.
Here is the problem.
1. In April 2012 I asked a man named William ‘Bill’ Laurence aka William ‘Bill’ Stanley (herein referred to as “Laurence”) to build me 10 new websites and to optimise them for a fee of $1,500 and then $200 per month.
2. The above websites are all in my name and are part of the package as per item (1).
3. I was under the impression that Laurence was in the States.
4. I find that he is in Romania and is indeed a client of yours as you host the above sites. Sites which bear my name which I am sure you will agree is an unusual name.
5. He only built 4 sites (above) of the 10 and I paid him $450 as mutually agreed.
6. After I had paid him money, then the problems started.
7. He basically started insulting me, threatening me and demanding money with menaces.
8. He demanded more money or he would put up derogatory comments on me all over the internet and basically destroy me professionally.
9. I refused to pay him the asking price of $10,000.
10. Sure enough he has now defamed and libelled me with malicious lies on the above sites.
11. These sites are in my name and I paid for them. Therefore, at law, I own the intellectual property known as kerryjewel.info, kerryjewel.net, kerryjewel.org and kerryjewel.mobi and nobody has a right to publish anything on these sites without my permission.
12. As a consequence of these illegal sites, if someone Googles my name and combines it with Monkey King or Australia, these sites with their lies, defamation and total untruths are found.
13. I believe you have the power to remove them from the internet. You are their host and they carry libellous, defamatory and malicious content. None of which is substantiated and all of it untrue. I therefore have legal recourse against Newhost which I am confident will not be necessary.
14. Attached is a summary of correspondence between Laurence and myself and his henchman, Anthony Singh in India. There are 22 pages of collated emails with the back and forth exchanges and Laurence’s abusive threats and his blatant blackmail.
15. I assure you that all of the emails are true and have not been altered. They are also in sequence.
16. They show conclusively that he has threatened me, tried to extort money from me and blackmailed me.
17. Following the emails, there is information I found on the net about this serial spammer, extortionist and conman.
18. As can be seen, he makes a career of blackmailing and threatening people to pay him more money or he will ruin them on line.
19. This is exactly what he is doing to do to me because I will not succumb to his blackmail.
20. As I said earlier I am a theatre producer. Last week I had a contract worth $16.5 million for a new show called Monkey King on which I have been working for 5 years to the exclusion of all else. $16.5 million in investor finance.
21. The investor found these lies and garbage by Laurence on sites that carry my name and they cancelled the contract. I was, after 5 years of working to take this show to investors, quite literally suicidal.
22. Look on line and you will see that I am not the first of Laurence’s victims. He is a professional spammer and conman and has been to jail on several occasions.
23. He lives in and operates in Romania because he is wanted by the authorities in the United States in regard to numerous similar offences and scams.
24. I spoke to the FBI in Texas and they say they know of him and that he is a serious career criminal, a known spammer and extortionist, but they can do nothing as he is in Romania.
25. In Romania he is out of reach of both US and my UK law enforcement.
26. I ask you in the name of decency to remove these sites. After 5 years work this blackmailer, spammer and extortionist could stop me from finding another investor if they come across this garbage again.
27. As there is serious defamation involved here, I could, and will if necessary, take it to the Courts to have these sites permanently removed and seek compensation and damages.
28. I am sure that your excellent reputation does not need to be tarnished in the press and Courts if I have to resort to legal process.
29. I am similarly certain that you do not want to host sites or be associated with a known and convicted felon.
I therefore ask you to do the proper and correct things and take them down without further hesitation.

And to be Clear I did not make a threat to newhost or even the hint of one. I did nott have the opportunity as they shut my service and my clients domains without notice. then whet into my account and deleted the kerry jewel site and database. Not suspend it. but deleted it. The other domains were suspended. they went a step further on Kerry jewel and deleted the entire forum that the complaint was on.

Well, let's see, first, there wasn't any file deletion, only suspension following the revealing of your scamming scheme. We unsuspended your account, but not Kerry Jewel's files, your victim, so you can not simply move them elsewhere.

1. You state that you did not unspend kerry jewels files so I cannot simply move them elsewhere. YOU have NO right to keep my data. Who made you Judge of my dispute with Kerry Jewel? He is a lying scammer that can clearly be seen on Google. He never paid me 450$ I never asked him for 10k dollars. YOU are playing god with other peoples business. It is not your right and in the end you only screwed yourself. If you wanted to suspend me then you should have just let me go with my files . but NO you Had to play god with my stuff and look what it got you. NO one in their right mind would host with you now. Scam Warning: Kerry Jewel
Kerry Jewel, shameless con artist, self-promoter and repeatedly failed producer with a string of unmitigated flops, lawsuits, and empty pocketed investors left high and dry along the path is on the prowl again, this time foisting "A Salute To Heroes" off on any unsuspecting investors he hasn't previously separated from their money.
This on the heels of his last great "production", the last year's looting of Australia's only publicly listed entertainment company, International Concert Attractions.
In case you missed the story in the Sydney Morning Herald last September, here is a snippet from the article which will give you the gist:
"The curtain is about to fall on Australia's only publicly listed entertainment company, International Concert Attractions.
Staff walked out of the company's plush premises in Neutral Bay four weeks ago after not being paid.
In a boardroom battle in May, the impresario Kerry Jewel became a director and Frits Mare the executive chairman of a company now reported to be in tatters.
The insolvency firm Horwath, recently appointed administrator to ICA Presents, a subsidiary of the company, recommended in a report on Monday that the subsidiary be liquidated.
It found the subsidiary had engaged in insolvent trading, uncommercial transactions and had made preferential payments. The report found ICA Presents had less than $11,000 in the bank and debts of almost $13 million."
And who do you suppose was in charge of the cookie jar when the $13 million went missing????? Right you are----Kerry Jewel!!!!!
How this scammer stays out of jail is beyond belief, but if we all get together maybe we can change that injustice once and for all.

A controversial showbiz veteran has emerged after his collapse, writes Valerie Lawson.

Kerry Jewel appeared to vanish from sight after the sudden cancellation last May of his military stage show, Tattoo Spectacular. But thanks to a letter in The Straits Times of Singapore, the Herald has learned not only of his recent fate, but also of his surprising new honorific.
Christened Kerry Jewel on the London Palladium stage in 1947, the showbiz veteran has become Sir Kerry. In a long letter to the paper, "Sir Kerry Jewel" thanked hotel and hospital staff after a health scare in Singapore in September. He wrote of his plan to spend four quiet days in Singapore, after a hectic two weeks of international business travel. On the evening of his flight home to Sydney, while packing in his hotel room at the Royal Plaza on Scotts, he "became very dizzy and collapsed, fully conscious onto the floor. My left side was completely paralysed. I felt like a beached whale floundering to try and get, unsuccessfully, to the hotel phone". Eventually, he reached for his mobile to call a friend, Stephen Codron, a businessman.
"Help," he said, "I am on the floor of my hotel and I think I'm having a stroke."
Codron told him to hang up. Help was on its way.
"He called back almost immediately … a very burly security guard burst into my room followed by the head of security and the duty manager."
To cut his long letter short, Jewel went on to eulogise the hotel staff, singling out the security guard, Anil, his boss, Allan Lim, and the hotel's general manager, Patrick Fiat. He heaped more praise on the staff of Singapore General Hospital who scanned his head in minutes. A professor of neurology and his team saw him "almost immediately".
While their guest was in hospital, the hotel treated Jewel regally, sending him "a huge basket of fruit and a bouquet of flowers". The security guard visited him twice. When Jewel's son came to collect his father and take him back to Sydney, "he, too, was given the royal treatment by Anil and all at the hotel".
Much online discussion followed on the newspaper's website about Sir Kerry's prompt treatment which some people thought was due to his wealth and knighthood. On October 17, The Straits Times published a letter from the hospital's Dr Pavanni Ratnagopal, head of the department of neurology.
"We are glad that Sir Kerry is well on his road to recovery. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the perception that Sir Kerry received preferential treatment at [Singapore General Hospital] because he was a knight.

"When Sir Kerry was seen at [the hospital], he did not reveal his title. We only learned of his honorific title subsequently from his letter."
After the Herald sought comment on the hotel drama, the marketing manager of the Royal Plaza on Scotts, Lynn Tann, confirmed that "some of my colleagues were commended by Sir Jewel [sic] in his letter to the Straits Times".
It is understood that before visiting Singapore, Kerry Jewel was in Thailand where he introduced himself to staff at the Phuket Supper Club as Sir Kerry Jewel. Last week, he did not return calls from the Herald but his wife, Elyse, says her husband travelled to Queensland recently and has been unwell.
Plans for his Tattoo Spectacular began in July last year, when Jewel was appointed the sole director and secretary of the newly registered company Pinnacle Entertainment which subsequently produced Tattoo Spectacular which opened in Perth in late April. Subsequent dates for the show in Sydney and Brisbane were abruptly cancelled early in May and hundreds of performers and many crew members found themselves out of pocket. A cheque deposited for the performers' accommodation in Sydney bounced.
The controversy started before the show reached Sydney when its major investor, Wentworth Chalmers, which had invested $2 million in the production, took out a Federal Court injunction freezing the box office proceeds from Perth.
Wentworth Chalmers has one shareholder, Miriam Mott, of the Sydney suburb of Russell Lea. Neither Mott nor the company's representative, Stuart Murray, could be contacted by the Herald.
Stage production companies and the tour's trucking company pulled the plug in Sydney when they realised they would not be paid. This left many in the cast stranded, including hundreds of Grenadier Guards from Britain and members of the Tongan Royal Corps of Musicians. Australian Touring Services was owed $120,000 for trucking the show.
"I felt so sorry for the Tongans," says the director of Australian Touring Services, Phil Duncan. "They said the Tongan Government didn't have any money anyway. When the Tongans got turfed out of their hotel, the poor buggers were on the footpath. We had the Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert promotional bus, and used that to take them to Glendenning at the back of Rooty Hill where a Tongan minister found them billets."
The British cast paid for their own accommodation. Told this week that Jewel had suffered a stroke, Duncan said: "I nearly had a stroke when I had to write off $120,000. We got nothing."
Tony Davies, the chief executive of the lighting company, Chameleon Touring Systems, says he was paid "because we were given an irrevocable guarantee by the Perth venue".
"Everyone ended up suing everyone else. Wentworth Chalmers sued Kerry Jewel and Kerry Jewel brought a cross-claim on Wentworth Chalmers."
In a letter to the Herald in May, Jewel said Chameleon had "seen fit to file suit against both Wentworth Chalmers and its representative, Stuart Murray, claiming they have engaged in conduct that was deceptive and misleading. In the alternative, they have understandably joined all the others, including me."
A judge later ordered the parties to resolve the disputes by mediation. The Tattoo Spectacular debacle followed Jewel's 2005 troubles, when a subsidiary of his International Concert Attractions, producer of Peter Pan: The Musical, went into administration with creditors claiming losses of $14 million.
Meanwhile, Jewel presses on. The website of the musician Chloe Charody reports she has "joined forces with the powerful musical theatre producer Kerry Jewel to compose the music for the brand new theatrical spectacular La Vie Sensualé, to be recorded by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, beginning its international tour in July 2008".
"I'm aware that Kerry's got a history," Charody said yesterday. However, as "a young up-and-coming composer" she had to grab opportunities when they came along. Her agent introduced her to Jewel, whom she met in Sydney last week. Charody says Jewel is scheduled to have surgery next Friday.

Back in the 80’s I ran a small production company and went on the road with a particular dinner theatre show. The producer of the show went bust and I finished up not getting paid – I dumped a couple of grand.
That producer was Kerry Jewel and he is back in the news this week as another of his productions folded and left suppliers and performers in the lurch. Kerry Jewel was also the producer behind the failed mega production of “Pan”.
Some people never learn.

You say you did not DELETE my files. I went into my Control Panel and all my domains were suspended. the Kerryjewel.org was complete gone. Not even in the suspended section. SO you DID DELETE my files from me ans as stated above you were not going to give them to me because you had Judged me Guilty. so in fact you were Judge Jury and executioner with my websites and Data. the funny part is what you were trying to protect Kerry Jewel from is already all over the net. that is where I got it.

In the suspension email you state "Please find below the email that we have received today.
