HORRIBLE CUTOMER SERVICE

I have been a member of LA Fitness since 2007  I continued my membership until my accident in 2009 even though i had the accident in 2009 I contiuned my membership and was not physically able to attend the gym I told La fitness they continued to charge me  34.99 until i  called a 6th  time  spoke to mike who assured me it was taken care of and of course they took the money and continue to charge me. this year 2012 April i spoke to judy from the Corporate office who was the nicest sweetest person fixed the issue said when i was ready to come back just add a credit card. well Trust me I thought long and hard about it and did not want to but i was like what the hell might as well.so, this month august i recieved an e-mail that said if i came back the wouldnt charge me until the 20th of august so i was like no problem.I put in my information and it had a balance of 37.09. I was livid how do you credit me back money then turn around and charge me then say that had not charged me since apirl because they could not take it off the card and im  thank how when you just credited back to me card and used the card to go out of town BS. SO, i talked to literally 5 people until I got this one jerk that did care told me listen these are the options pay 10 dollars for 5 months or the 37.09 I said im not paying that money he said fine what do want to do i said cancelle it im not paying that he said here is your cancellation number. WELL  LA FITNESS LET ME LET YOU IN ON A SECRET WITH THE TIMES HARD LIEK IT IS YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT YOU HAVE CUSTOMER, ON TOP OF THAT ALL OF BALLYS  CUSTOMER ARE NOW AT 24 HR FITNESS WHERE I WILL BE JOINING SHORTLY IN ABOUT SAY 10 SENCONDS AND IF I LEFT THINK ABOUT IF YOU LOSE ONE CUSTOMER THE 1 CUSTOMER IS GOING TO TELL SOMEONE ELSE AND SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL THERE IS NO LA FITNESS JUST LIKE IT TOOK THAT ONE TO OPEN YOU IT TAKES ONE TO CLOSE YOU SO HERE DO GO THE LA FITNESS IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE GYMS HERE WHO DO YOU SEE LA FITNESS THEY ARE INSENSATIVE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS  SEE YOU AT 24 HOUR FITNESS
