After reading mixed reviews on the product Proactol, I went against my gut feeling and later on it was my "gut" that got it in the end! I had a horrible reaction, which I later learned was quite common. Not only did I  have diahrreah for 3 days, the pills caused horrible halitosis!!! After 2 trips to the E.R. I emailed Proactol mutliple times with NO RESPONSE! Not only was this a waste of money, my digestive system has been out of whack ever since. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE< TRUST ME IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

    Thats interesting.  I have been using Proactol now for a few weeks and have had no side affects and I'm losing 1 to 3lbs a week.  I also did A LOT of research on this product and heard nothing but positive things.  If you take the pill after eating something with high fiber then yes you will have to rush to the bathroom because these pills already have a lot of fiber in them.

    Did you check the ingredients?  You might just be allergic to something in it.
