I ordered 3 seasons of the Waltons early November. Never received order confirmation despite repeated emails and nothing ever arrived.

I purchased the complete TV Zorro series for a relative. There is a defect in one disc of the first set and the case is broken on the second set of tapes. I actually spoke to several contacts via phone and have numerous emails with the promise to replace the defective items. This has been ongoing since the spring of 2007. How do these people remain in business?
