I received a call from this number today stating that I had a complaint filed against me and that they needed my lawyers information. They stated that they spoke with me back in June and now they are the complaint department preparing to file a claim in my city. When I asked for further details they placed me on hold and attempted to locate my information.  This entailed me being left on hold for lengthy amounts of time. When someone got on the phone I was told to “let her speak before I said anything”. I chuckled...these people contact me every six months with the same thing.  She got upset because I laughed at her and told me that I was rude and she would be contacting the courts in my city to file a complaint.  Do not pay these people. They used to have Asian people call and scream at me about being hauled off to jail.

    I basically got the same call. I asked her who the original creditor was and she said they handle payday loans for over 30 companies so she didn't the specific name. Told her it's hard to say if it's mine if I don't even have the name.  I let her know I was happy to give her my lawyer's number as I had filed bankruptcy. She stared to yell at me about how I couldn't include payday loans in bankruptcy and she would contact my attorney to set up my day in court.  I politely let her know I had researched thoroughly and I COULD include payday loans in my bankruptcy and the harrassment stops now because if they contacted me again they would be breaking the law.

    I received a call from this number today, wanting to speak with my husband. He wasn't home. I asked what it was in regard to. They demanded I give them that last four is his social and I refused. She continued to tell me I would give her the last four numbers of his social and I finally told her I was hanging up bc they were full of $hit. No one ever calls my number for my husband, number one, so that was odd. everyone who knows him knows his number. complete scam and waste of my breath on this phone call.

    April 4, 2018  Received the same call two days in a row from Complaint Processing Services.  It was a recording.  Called to find out their business name and asked them twice. They hung up.
    I did not give her time to ask me questions.  This is a scam.

    This company is a joke and harass people.  They do not provide what company they are representing.  Only to harass and cause havoc in people's life.  Here is the number:  952-467-6512 -- they are a scam!!

    I received a call from 1-651-842-8483. They are asking for my attorneys number so they can set up a court date. They are giving me no other information.

    I have received 7 calls over a year, all from different numbers and different companies. Supposedly I have a lawsuit against me. I told them take me to court.
