By accidently my dialer tone of idea prepaid is activated.But i want to deactivate it.So please do some faver.I'm using your services for so long time.Pls deactivate my dialer tone.My no is 9767839024.

    I want to deactivate my dialer tone, in idea site i so tat to deactivate type DT DEACT,ten i did it but 4 rupees gone and msg came "unable to process your message please try again",so money wasted,so please deactivate my dialer tone my number 9947369929.

    sir/madam last evening i got a call from idea cellular service through the call some of your representative told me that a free sms service pack will activate in my number for 30 days which is free of cost . Now today i found that Rs. 44 has deducted from my a/c due to that service which make me very unhappy& loosing faith on your service.
    Now pls return my money & pls don't do this in future.
    pls do needful.
