Fraudulent charges

website www.mywhitening.com offers a 'Free Trial' for Teeth Whitening for a shipping & handling fee but there is no word about hole program and high monthly charges. So you think that for 5$ you will have 14 day trial but actually they will bill your credit card monthly for $78.93
If you are aware of it right after you received trial package, like I was and if you want to cancel everything in the beginning IT IS A BIG PROBLEM. It looks that it is impossible to cancel without next charging. I spend half hour listening nonsense that I have to call them not now but a month later in order to cancel the program what means after receiving next package and charging $78.93.
Somebody has to stop this people

A common practice is to misrepresent that the trial is "free", and can be cancelled before autoshipment charges start, while either hiding the autoshipment or cancellation terms, or making it impossible to effectively cancel.
Do NOT trust that they will actually stop charging you even if they promised to cancel. They set it up this way to get your money, and will probably keep charging you until you make it impossible by closing your account.
Notify your bank that the charge is disputed as fraudulent, and close your account to prevent future fraud.

BBB Rating
Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record of complaints, failed to honor their commitment to mediate or arbitrate disputes or honor mediated agreements or arbitrated decisions, failed to substantiate, modify or discontinue false advertising claims that are challenged by BBB, or failed to discontinue unauthorized use of BBB name and logo, a Federally protected trademark.
Consumer complaints allege having participated in a "FREE" offer to try acai berry diet pills for a price of $4.99 for S&H. Due to allegedly misleading and/or unclear online advertising, the "FREE" offer only refers to a fourteen day trial during which the consumer is to receive a one month's worth of pills, try them, and return them within fourteen days in order to not be enrolled in a monthly shipment and charge for the product. Consumers allege unauthorized charges to their credit cards, difficulty cancelling the offers and/or reaching company representatives, and request that the company cancel the enrollment and refund the accrued charges.
The BBB would like to advise consumers that, as of April 1, 2009, the BBB of SouthEast Florida is handling and processing complaints filed against Advanced Wellness Research, Inc.
