Have waited until after Christmas for a delivery guaranteed to arrive well before the holiday.  After sending several emails to the customer service address I am ready to have my bank reverse the charges to my account.... made almost 40 days ago.

    I had placed an order on Dec. 13, 2010 and couldn't use the toys...they were too small for  my 2 large Macaws.  My order totaled $49.97 and I immediately returned the box of very small toys which when I ordered them the ad stated for large birds. Plus I waited over a month before I even received them.  Needless to say I still haven't received any refund or communication what so ever, so I just need to know when I might received my money back? I have waited a month already so I'm sure it will be coming any day now.  If not I will report this transaction as fraud to my bank and let them investigate the situation.    Glenda Kincaid

    I ordered 4 toys for my little parakeet on 11/7 and after waiting a week, called the company and spoke to the owner, Kevin. He said he's look for my order and call me back. I waited a couple more days, called again and he said 1 of the items were backordered but that he's get the 3 other "in-stock" items out to me. Again, I waited a week and called again. He said he'd call me back and never did. 21 days after my order I received a box from UPS and it only contained 1 item- funny that it was the same item he said was backordered. Now Im returning the item, with delivery confirmation and disputing the charge on my AMEX. Ridiclious to go through all this for some bird toys! What a scam!
