These employees are difficult to understand. I requested to cancel my XM Radio subscription, they did exactly the opposite. My account was charged 5 times of $18.95 for a total of 95.75 on the 9/29/2013. They told me that they were closed on week-ends. On the 9/30/2013 I received $75.80. They held back $18.95 but my XM Radio has not been activated. They put me on hold for 2 hrs. During that time I was disconnected, redialed but was put on hold again. My minutes were running, but phone timed out. They still owe me $18.95 or activate my XM Radio.

    I don't understand why you people are posting complaints on here.  Do you expect someone to do something about your complaint for you?  Really, this is just a web site, hello, there is no one at home.

    Broken record..
    File a dispute through your bank, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
