Hello....
On April 10, 2011 I was in the Lindsay, Ontario Zellers and purchased a seasonal carpet....on May 28th, 2011 my husband and I put up a new screened gazebo and put our new carpet into it....the gazebo is on a deck and not directly on the ground...this was the first time the carpet had been unwrapped....we have enjoyed it now for 3 months and during this past week I noticed that the strings holding the carpet together had rotted and the tubing which makes up the carpet was now raised and was not held together by anything making it a tripping hazard...I called the Lindsay store today asking what could be done and was told by Customer Service that nothing could be done after 90 days....
This, of course, makes me very unhappy as the cost is $49.97 and as it is an outside carpet, one would think it would last at least a season....the carpet was never in the sun....I would like you reimburse me somehow for this carpet as it is no longer any good to me and I've had to purchase another one....
I look forward to hearing from you as to how this will be done....
