I was looking at my bank statement and it says I have 2 charges of $6.99 on my account. Here is what it states on my bank statement:
04/22/2017 WITHDRAWAL @ GOOGLE *Bigo g.co/payhelp#CAUS Trace #13421    ($6.99)
04/22/2017 WITHDRAWAL @ GOOGLE *Bigo g.co/payhelp#CAUS Trace #30352    ($6.99)
I have not bought anything from you and I would like my money back!!!

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
