Continuous harrasaing calls, refusing to remove

These people call me several times a day, always rude, always with some Indian accent. They never say who the company is, just medical compensation department.

I am over it, I've had hundreds of calls from them, using numerous numbers, they call my home, my cell phone and my office how can we get this to stop????

Number they are recently calling from:
707-666-7660

I call back and the number is disconnected or not a valid number. Please  I need some help here!

    Received a call from 561 372 4139  listed as Boca Raton FL. They started off using my wife's first name,  saying,"Stacey, call 911 I'm going into shock" and kept repeating her name and asking for help.  I told them to "say your name"  and asked who it was and where they were calling from. Then the line went quiet, but they did not hang up. When the phone rang, my landline phone caller ID said "anonymous" but later, (10 min) while I was on my cell phone calling my wife,  the caller ID on the phone said "waiting" and then the phone # and Boca Raton FL. So I promptly hung up and then called the number back. A man answered, identified himself as "Jeff Adams" (he had a heavy Indian accent) and said he was from the "Medical Compensation Department" I asked if this was the name of his business. and he said "yes"    I consider this to be a criminal tactic for whatever he was trying to achieve.  It upset my wife, elderly parents and in-laws and friends. Before I found out it was a telemarketer or scam artist or whoever they were.
