I made my advanced booking for a rental car with collection from Liverpool airport to include a baby seat for a baby less than 12 months in age. Upon collection of the vehicle, nobody could find a baby seat for this age group and offered a toddlers baby seat as the solution. With our rejection of this seat, a battered and dirty seat was eventually located and with no alternative and time passing, we had no option but to accept.

The car had a constant message for service required in the dashboard display which the attendant advised to ignore.

Very dissapointed and as we used this car hire company as a recommendatiin from Easy Jet, will think again.
