I have unfortunately signed up for membership. Usually I do my homework. I went in there with the idea I was not buying a membership and felt pressured into it. This is day I have already written my letter and am sending it registered overnight tomorrow with delivery confirmation. My question is does anyone actually have a link to the direct buy 3 day cooling off period or a pdf of the new contract which states it. Oh by the way I am in the us. Also is Fesperman still the top man.

Thanks
Ric

Hi Ric, I am sorry to hear of your predicament but I would love to know what it is that made you decide that DirectBuy is not for you.

In answer to your question though, my recommendation to you is to physically enter the DirectBuy where you joined. They should have your contract on file and will be able to help you.

Which DirectBuy club did you join? I know that some DirectBuy clubs are offering a 30-day free trial type deal to alleviate some of the pressure and not make people as stressed out about their open house visit. You might want to consider just taking advantage of that if you are buying stuff for your house.

    Hope this is helpful.
