I just called in and spoke to a representative. Took me a long time to get to him. He said that he was going to connect me to a supervisor. Placed me on hold and then after holding, the call got dropped. Spent a total of 30 min waiting on line/speaking to someone.  I AM SO UPSET RIGHT NOW!!

I just signed up for Dish yesterday. I was actually lied to staying that I needed to have a TWO YEAR contract with Dish when I initially requested a one year contract the representative stated that there was only a two year contract. I went online to sign up for my account and all of the sudden I see that us consumers are able to get a one year contract (http://www.dish.com/entertainment/packages/offers/value/). NO WHERE does it say only if you have good credit you can have a one year contract on the bottom of that webpage!!

On top of that initially I asked for NO HDTV service. When the tech got there he said that because of the way the apartment was positioned, I will need to have HDTV (hence pay $10.00 more a month).

Also on the website http://www.dish.com/dishdeals/?WT.svl=mainnav it says I should have gotten FREE INSTALLATION. Yeah that didn't happen either!

I WILL BE  FILING THIS COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB!! MAN THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!

    The webpage you posted states "all promotional offers require 24 month commitment" and that only the savings were for 12 months.
