Fraud. False advertising .abuse to customers

ChipOai has fraud end many ameticans braking l the warranties to the consumers granted by law. Saddest is that people who attent the phones and works for this company are trained in that way since the majority are from India , Philipines and Asia. Both ways the company abuse the same  to made the profit . Basically robbing to American customers by not granting their monetary return as per protection of our law and paying pennies per dollar to this poor people. Wondering if this company abide by our laws since headquarters are in USA Do they pay the minimal wages ? Pay taxes? Insurance? After all they crossing our American land . Would u say if a foreign plain crossed our airs  without concerns about abide by our laws and regulations, will not be at risk to be shoot down? Why this company cross our land trough this media and steals and operates with no regards for our laws and gets away with it? It won't be criminal?
