WOW,
When I purchased the Extended Warrrant on my 2004 Tahoe
They said everything was covered,
I even added the leak option.
When I took vehicle for problems
They denied everyclaim for payment.
They used the excuses that they hav to consider
age and mileage and this is normal wear&Tear.
NOTHING was ever explained about this.
They hav a way to get out of paying any claim
they consider to much Money.
What a jerky company.

DO NOT BuY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    WOW, THAT SOUNDS REAL (SARCASM). YOUR COMPLAINT SHOWS NO INFORMATION OR THAT YOUR EVEN A REAL CUSTOMER. SOUNDS LIKE A COMPETITOR TRYING TO BASH ANOTHER COMPANY.

    I am a real customer of direct buy and reviewed numerous used vehicle warranties with a Ford dealer before buying this policy.  I requested a complete policy with Turbo option for an 05 F250 diesel.  My first real issue was a fuel injector control module and was called in by a Ford dealer with complete diaogonisis information.  They waiting on the telphone for 45 minutes.  They gave the center all the information 3 days before Easter of 2010.  They still have not heard back from Direct Buy on the claim and it is the end of June.  I called and they claim it was not an authorized repair because they did not authorize it and has been denied.  I have tried 3 time to get it paid to no avail. STRIKE 1.      My second claim was on a turbo that was going starting to fail, found during a repair to the EGR cooler, which also found an issue with the oil cooler.  The call was made and the turbo was denied, "because I didn't buy the coverage" the shop was told, they even denied the oil cooler.  The repair shop even said the operator was quite rude to him when he questioned teh denial.  STRIKE 2. The last issue was the #6 injector failed and again the Ford dealer called in and was told the repair was not covered because my policy was for internal parts only.  STRIKE 3.  I am trying to contact them to resolve this or get my money back and I am not having a lot of luck.  So much for a quality operation.
