Yak should burn alive!!!

Since the very 1st day that I signed up with Yak I've had nothing but trouble. First I was supposed to be connected withing 24hrs of signing up. That never happened. Finally about 2 weeks later they sent an e-mail saying my services had been set up. I had to wait another 4 days for it to be up and running. Everything seemed to be going ok after that, until the end of the 1st month when they tried to withdraw almost $40 over the price originally quoted to me at sign up. They never sent me the confirmation before taking the cash from the account so I didn't know I was going to need more cash. I only had enough in the account to cover what they had quoted me, so the payment bounced and I got a NSF charge with my bank. I called yak to see what was going on and had to fight with them to get any kind of credit for the issue. I told them I wasn't going be able to pay until the end of the month and the CSR rep said that was fine. I paid the full bill on the day I said I would, but they cut it anyways after I payed. They started by cutting my long distance 2 days after I paid, then a day later the phone entirely, and then 4 days later the internet was also cut.
I tried calling them from a neighbors phone but they keep telling me it's not their problem. That the cancellation was put on my phone before I payed and that there would have been no way to reverse it. I asked to get reconnected since I have paid my bill and they keep telling me that I'm just sh*t out of luck and won't get reconnected!!! WTF?????
Companies like this need to be shut down and regulations and laws put in place to prevent such frauds from operating in Canada.
I am all in for a class action lawsuit if we can managed to get one going. In the meantime I've found a petition to get their business license revoked..

    I am GATHERING VICTIMS OF YAK COMMUNICATION IN ORDER TO SUBMIT TO LOCAL MASS MEDIAS, SUCH AS LOCAL BROADCASTS, NEWSPAPERS, other means of mass media in TORONTO GTA REGIONS. PLEASE REPLY THIS BOARD IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

    I HAVE COME TO CONCLUSION THAT ONLY SOLUTION IS TO RAISE OUR VOICE TO BE HEARD TO MASS AUDIENCES.

    some of governmental institution ENABLE it because some assume Yak is cooperation this also is authority as well.

    I am also victim of Yak communication, which actually turned into fraud. For last 6 months, Yak communication neglected my request of cancellation and asking for unauthorized charges by abusive phone calls. I had reported to Police and Communication Network Commissioner.

    Both institution requires 20 days to investigate; therefore, Yak try to win you over the harassment calls and e-mails meanwhile, which likely victims turn to agree for authorized payment.

      I am dealing with YAK now. Thought I would try them as I was moving between 2 homes. I kept using 'CONTACT US" for info regarding my order - they never answered. Finally the modem came---much later a BELL Canada technician connected it - but did not activate it. I sent messages through my web page "Contact Us" - at least 5 times - and no answer from them. Where is my ATA?  No answer. No internet, no home phone, no ATA. No email response from YAK.
        I quit!!! Told them to cancel everything...no response. When Canada Post finally tried dropping off the ATA at my front door, I caught the driver,...and asked,.."I cancelled this service because YAK is awful,...can I refuse delivery of this ATA and send it back?" Of course, he replied. And I asked,.."Can you take back the internet modem too? They never activated it - it never worked!!"  And he took that box too.
         Never heard a word from YAK until I noticed an invoice on my YAK account for over $500 (I still had YAK long distance).I immediately called my credit card company and had them close my mastercard account and warned them not to allow YAK to get one cent.MBNA conveniently had YAK'S service number, and connected me to what seemed to be an offshore agent...who wouldn't listen to me - so I yelled and swore at him and told him YAK are a bunch of crooks. (I do not defend my actions; I have had some devastating life experiences in 13-14, was taking antidepressants and meds for anxiety and depression - and trying to taper off SSRI'S -which may cause violent behaviour).
       They started harassing me - phone calls from KEVIN and other name - same guy - asking for my credit card info to make a payment. Finally I yelled and swore at him and told him to never call me again?
      I submitted a "ticket" with YAK via telephone. They said they would look at it.
      New balance was still several hundred dollars - said I didn't return an ATA cable ( but box was never delivered or opened - returned,...remember?   Seem to be charging me for a modem,.....but are charging me , maybe $40, for postal costs return of items...contradiction???   The summary of costs does not itemize anything,...no breakdown of charges.
      And how could there be any service charges for usage- the modem was never activated- the BELL tech told me he doesn't do it!,.....and I refused delivery of the home phone ATA ...so I never used the telephone service.
      Now they have scorned me for responding via email and swearing at them - yes I did!! And they have recorded all my communications and they are in bright red print .....when their new harasser - a woman...from :  RENEE EASTON CCTS# 00000000468369_COMP....ReneeEaston@globealive.com..they have allowed me some credits,..but I still owe $247.31 for "whatever" - they don't specify.
      from YAK JUNE 12TH: $8.97 ALL THE  ATA RENTAL CHARGES (NEVER ACCEPTED DELIVERY)
      $24.71 ALL THE yak digital home phone service charges  $15 for missing ATA cable (??) $24 for return postage fees -so they DID get the modems back!!! My balance, says MS (MR) EASTON IS $247.31......I've said enough.
