Dear President:

My name is Cindy Del Rio, My account # is  75812177 .I had an issue in Dec. with Direct TV and took it all the way to the presidents office. I was unhappy with the service, it didn’t work, had a lot of problems and a representative of direct TV (Philip)assured me I would have no reoccurring charges. After a time I received a bill for those charges that I was promised would not happen. I have the employees name an ID. Still I was charged. You offered me to turn service back on, and I tried to do that but was never done, I received 2 bills, and I sent in 2 payments of $5. I just recently found out that you have reported to credit bureaus. I don’t understand. I was paying. I recently spoke to 2 supervisors and the said they would release it from credit report completely if bill was paid in full, (John emp#100248574), he said I did pay and he seen that, so it should have not been put on my credit. I honestly was promised something and was not given it, this is no fault of mine. Just miscommunication between us. Letters I didn’t receive, promises made that your employees couldn’t keep. I also spoke to Equifax, and they said you were able to remove it from files. Please let me know if I pay in full can you pull this from my credit. I have paid and been cooperative. I feel this is unfair, when I have kept in contact, and made payments. I am willing to pay in full. Please feel free to contact me. I am begging for help. Please consider.
