Caller Tune Service without my instructions

Yesterday morning i got sms from idea that your subscription for dailer tune is activated as per your request, surprisingly im never interested in this kind of stuff.. 30 rs got deducted saying monthly subcription charges & after couple of mins i have got another sms that ur dialer tone got activated for one quarter & 15rs got deducted.
I extracted from these messages was that I have been subscribed & some caller tune without my knowledge been set as my caller tune.
Certainly a shock, cause I never wanted to subscribe to caller tune service until that very moment and I didn’t even had any idea that how have I been subscribed to this service.
I am a type of person who hardly likes things such as putting a caller tune on number. On top of that the tune that was set as my caller tune was some funky tune, specifically a irritating song, the only thing that matters here is that I dont like this all and I certainly don’t know why they activated & charged me all those stuff setting as my caller tune.
As soon as I came aware of it, I sent sms to deactivate and requested immediate deactivation of this service it happened after couple of mins after but deduction is charged to me for this thing as it was done without any information/ confirmation from my side.
I had never activated this service before, so it wasn't fair to activate this service and charge me for it just ? I mean there wasn't any confirmation while there should be, must be.
Due to the above said circumstances, I had to give explanations to everyone who called me, for setting a some song as my caller tune and it was EMBARRASSING.
Summary is, A Wrong Policy, Bad Policy of IDEA Telecom cost me a day full of embarrassment.
Just before making this post, I sent my complaint in this regard to TRAI Telecom via email, copy whereof have also been sent to PTA for appropriate legal action in this regard.
