RO is not working and customer srvice is very poor

Hi,
I have the AMC against contract receipt no- 23727228, valid till 18/08/2015. My RO is not working since 5 days and the service engineer Mr. Brajesh( 099 90 681086) is not able to resolve it till now. Inspite of my regular followup, he is also not picking my phone and neither getting any feedback from his team.
I have also made online complaint today against Service Request No. is: 0081111433 , but no response from Eureka Forbes head office.
I am not satisfied with the after sale service and will take this forward to consumer forum.
Really pathetic service.
