roadside assistance

I am very disappointed with warranties made easy!! For who?? Its been a nightmare!  I rang them to inform them I know longer needed the warranty and they tell I can't cancel....they explained why, I understood, then I said well seems I have to continue the payments I will need to change some details, they said sure, what do you need to change? We have just bought a new car, so I'll need to transfer the roadside service over to our new car!! Sorry no we can't do that!! It stays with your old car..so I'm paying for something I don't even get to use????!!!!!!! Yes sorry! Omg. Biggest scam ever.
