    Yes, I agreed to pay the shipping cost of $4.95 for trial during promotion, but not aware ever authorize to take month order continuously in the following months. if even I click 'YES' on the Agreement, it was due to my negligence. any it's a so tricky trap.
    I anxiously want to working on dispute and refund the amount, but can't believer I even cannot find a proper customer service email,
    could anyone give me the info? or if NOVACARE could contact me directly at osmend@espgroupltd.com? thanks!

    It's a cramming scam..

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute any unauthorized charges, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent any future charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

      My bank did not do anything...They just basically said if they had a terms and condition that I failed to read then it was out of their hands and I went straight there after the charges was pending and all they did was delete it and it still came out...so all I could do was change my card number and file a complaint with BBB...

    I agree with all of the above complaints.  When I ordered this serum I also ordered the cream.  No where did I see that you had to cancel before the trial expiration date nor that would be charges for $99.  To my surprise not only did I have a $99 charge for the serum but an $84 charge for the cream.  I called the number that was on my credit card charge and told them I didn't authorize any charges except for the shipping charges.  Oh boy!!!!  What a run around I got.  Not only did I get charged for the so called trial bottles I immediately got charged for a 2nd shipment which I haven't even received.  So, I had two charges of $99 and two charges of $84.   When I called the company I told them to cancel any further shipments and that I would be returning the second shipments that were forthcoming.  The first gal I spoke with told me I couldn't return the items.  I called a second time shortly thereafter and got someone else.  She said that she saw that I had cancelled future shipments for both products.  I told her that as soon as I received them I was sending them back.  She told me that I would have to call to get directions on how to send them back.  Totally ridiculous!  I should have known better.  A few years back I ordered a "trial" product.  About thirty days later I found a charge of around $40 on my credit card.  I called the site where I had placed the order and they told me that it said somewhere that when I accepted the promotional "agreement" that I would be getting future shipments at the regular price.  Thank goodness I only had to pay $40 because I immediately cancelled but $99 and $84 is outrageous.  I would recommend that no one ever order anything online for a "trial" price because there is no such thing.  You will get charged some ridiculous amount of money and have to go through such stupid red tape to even return said item.

    I got the trial one cost $4.95 Then they sent another which I didn't order. I got charged for 2 more at $99.15. Called bank. They checked and said I had to pay and also interest. They sent me 2 invoices which I never ordered. The company sent 2 invoices wnich I know nothing about.
    They are crooks.I am going to cancel credit card and I will not pay any more.Nothing is free

    this is so true after reading the other complaints. this is a scram.  I only order the dermagen not this novecare.. I was charged 99.15 for this on my credit card. I did not order this .  I called at a number my bank found for me.  you make it sure no  one gets this number you don't enclose it any ware not even in the computer site.  I called this number 855-407-6634. and spoke to a live person. no name justma number TXerc0914.   she said they e-mailed me after 14 days. I begged to differ I receive no e-mail.  I told her I want my account close . it better be.   she was very robatic.  I asked to speak to person higher than her. she said she was the highest I could go.  these companies like this should me watch by the government or the better business . I wonder who reads these complaints?  or do you ever get an answer back. warning don't do business with this company. the people who advertise this product are crookered themselves.

    I was able to connect with customer service and cancel all future shipments - however, I will be charged 50% discount for this transaction.  Un-believable bad judgement on my part for participation in this scam.  Costly mistake for little old lady.
