Ok, so this morning I checked my on line bank account and saw a charge that I did not recognize from GRC vitamins for $38.99. First of all I have never even heard of GRC vitamins. Second, I hadn’t even used my card the day the transaction occurred. If you get a charge from this “company” cancel your card and report it to your bank immediately.

They are reported to cram automatic charges based on negative option terms hidden in fine print when people order a "free trial for just shipping and handling". If you never ordered from them, they may have "mistakenly" run through a charge against your account as they were trying to scam someone else. Regardless, if you didn't authorize it, then dispute it as fraudulent.
File a fraud dispute to the charge through your bank. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute them within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
Do not depend on disputing unauthorized or fraudulent charges through the merchant that made them. Beware that they may try to run out the clock and delay you past the point where you can get your money back through a bank dispute. You ALWAYS file a written bank dispute, as that is the only way to protect your federal dispute rights.
I know exactly what you're talking about. GRC Vitamins is a SCAM indeed. If it wasn't for u guys posting this I would've been lost. I woke up at 5am to see a negative in my account for $99.88 from those vultures meanwhile I had never gave authorization nor did I ever hear of this company. My bank has been very supportive with the situation. And if you'd like GRC's number here goes: 1-800-813-3642
Let's get justice!
